We saw this snapping turtle on the road while
we were driving in to church this morning.
We couldn't resist stopping for a look and quick
picture! I had never seen one up close!

That turtle is scary looking! I have never seen one either. Did it snap at you? Love you!
P.S. That is a huge fish. I can't believe that she is such a little fisher-woman. What an awesome and funy hobby!
I've never seen a snapping turtle either. I thought they wre small? Hmm...I guess I was wrong.
Ok, the poor turtle ended up getting squished by some passing vehicle! We saw it today (Thursday) all gross, and run over.
Craig figures it must have done some damage to the vehicle that hit it. Apparently, they are a hard hit, you DON'T want to try to hit them....who would?
AND the fish...I totally ruined it when I tried cooking it for us for supper one night. Craig said that I killed his fish. What a waste of supper. Oh well...there's always the next fish to eat!
