Ok, so we went to a gravel pit with our friends this week
and had a lot of fun! This hill was especially huge and fun!
and had a lot of fun! This hill was especially huge and fun!

You can see the kids climbing to the top and exploring.

I HAD to climb to the top too! As I had expected...
it was as fun as it looked! I love climbing hills of sand!
This picture is one I took from the top looking
down at the children as they climbed.

They had this super fun idea to ROLL to the
bottom of this hill. What a fun idea!!!
Immediately my brain started wondering at how
fun that might be for ME....

I am not sure if you see all the sand flying????
YES, it was in EVERY crevice of my ENTIRE body!
And to let you know the answer to my question...
Would I do it again??
YES!
I had so much fun the first time down the hill
that I HAD to try it once more!
I highly suggest this activity for anyone
who doesn't mind a little bit of sand!

Ok, that either looks seriously fun or really stupid! (Funny how it's one or the other huh?) :)
Nah, I think it looks awesome!!!!!
Plus, the side pic of you and Craig is ABSOLUTELY darling! I love it! You guys are so cute!
How fun! You are definitely one hip mama! I think that I would have had to join you, even though I don't particularly care to have sand everywhere. The worst is when it's in your hair and it just keeps coming out in the shampoo for days! Are you having that problem? Ha ha! Anyways, looks like you guys had a blast! Love you!
Rolling down a sandhill! I said to your father, "That's your kid." He agreed! We both loved the pictures. Did I ever tell you about the time he went down a mountain in Alaska on an inner tube? You get your craziness from him. I love you, Mother
I am still laughing as I read these comments! It WAS so much fun! No Amy, I actually didn't get much sand in my hair at all!
I LOVE Dad's adventurous spirit! I would totally go down a mountain in an inner tube with him!
Love to you both!!
Okay, this totally looks like fun! I'm already looking down below at the picture of Elizabeth. Back to the sand...did you get all the sand out of everywhere? It's very difficult!
It reminds me of the first time Jess went roller skaing as a child. Her arms and legs flew in every direction.
Hey, my lovely sister! I'm so glad you got part one of your gift!! I know it's not what you were expecting, however, part two should be there soon. Maybe a couple of days...who knows! I love you!!!
