The 2008 Perch Derby was a fun event!
The weather was nice, we did have a little snow storm
at the beginning, but all in all a nice day!

Gordy, who was sitting very near to us got a nice Northern that
he had to throw back! Too bad it was a perch only contest!

There were SO many trucks/cars parked out on the lake!
It was nice to know that there was a good thick chunk of
ice underneath us! It was incredible how many people showed up!
This picture shows only the remaining people left ON the ice
when we left! It was very similar to being at the fair in the summer
the way people parked in long rows!

Rich and Olivia were there too - seems like lots of folks took advnatage of the mild weather to fish. Olivia didn't win a bike either but had fun anyway! Cute pics of the girls, by the way!
