This is fantastic!!! What did you use for the headlights? I can't wait to try this at some point!!!
Thanks Becky! It was so easy to make! We used yellow M&Ms for the headlights. I cut a 9x13 cake in half and stacked it for the bed of the truck, and made another cake in a bread pan and cut in at the 1/3 point and tipped it up to make the cab. I was going to make a fire engine for his actual birthday, but since red sometimes tastes funny...I probably will make one similar to this one. I took it to church with us Sunday night, and Gabe stared at it for EVER! It is so nice/fun to be appreciated for the fun little things! He really loved it! You are sooo much better with cakes and creativity, I can't WAIT to see what you do with Alex's cake!
